Most items have the postage charges built into the final payment page for the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK then please contact us first. Should you forget, we’ll contact you if it is necessary for additional postal costs to be paid..
Returns Policy
We try to be as flexible as possible regarding the returning of goods that do not meet your needs. Please contact us before you wish to return goods so we can agree to the reasoning. Again...it is our intention to be flexible...
Within the distant selling regulations you have 7 days in which to return the goods, in which case a full refund will be made to you.
If the goods are returned due to a clear error / mistake on our behalf a full refund will be made to you.
The goods must be returned unused and in original condition, with packaging, box, as applicable. Goods will not be accepted for return if they show signs of use.
